Fallon International was established in Hong Kong in 1993 by Maura Fallon. Maura has worked with leading organizations as they grew along with the strong economic growth in Asia, particularly Greater China. For over two decades she has helped organizations in Asia to identify, analyze and solve problems amid structural change and in a multicultural context. She develops solutions in collaboration with and tailored to the needs of the client. She then applies the solutions through executive coaching of individuals and groups, seminars and workshops, group discussions and debriefing sessions, and reports that set out clear guidelines and concise recommendations.
